Great guide, put us on fish within 30 minutes. We limited out in tuna within an hour and a half. We were never able to open a beer because he put us on so many fish. Incredibly nice and Jess the deckhand was fantastic.

My wife and I had the pleasure of fishing aboard Miller Time with Captain Troy on March 17th, and the experience exceeded our expectations. We departed at dawn. Captain Troy provided thorough safety instructions and outlined our itinerary for the day. Although live bait acquisition was slow, he graciously extended our trip without us needing to request it. We enjoyed a fantastic day of fishing, landing several diverse species. At the Islamorada hump, we had successful catches of Mahi mahi, and we also reached our limit on yellowtail snapper. First mate James demonstrated impressive knowledge and offered valuable tips on catching various species. He was an exceptional instructor, empowering us to fish while offering support whenever needed. Overall, it was an outstanding fishing excursion, and we eagerly anticipate our next trip aboard Miller Time with Captain Troy!

I've chartered a few times before, and Captain Troy and First Mate James were exceptional. This trip was special as it was my wife and 9-year-old son's first experience, and I wanted it to be perfect. The facilities aboard the Miller Time were well-maintained (which isn't always the case), and Captain Troy and First Mate James were incredibly supportive of my son. We started with a nearly 7 lb mangrove snapper, which we later enjoyed grilled for dinner. Moving to shallower waters, my son caught numerous yellowtail snappers (released) and encountered two nurse sharks, one of which was about 200 lbs. Assisting with the latter was quite challenging! I highly recommend Miller Time, Captain Troy, and First Mate James for an unforgettable fishing trip.

We had an amazing time on our half-day fishing trip on January 15th! The captain and mate were awesome, and we caught lots of fish. The highlight of the trip was catching a 4-foot barracuda. It was an unforgettable experience for my family.

We had an amazing time fishing with Captain Troy and First Mate James. Captain Troy was very skilled and put us on the fish, while James was great with the teenagers and made sure everyone had a good time. I would highly recommend Miller Time Sportfishing if you’re in Islamorada!

We had a great time fishing with the crew! Even though we only did a half-day trip, we managed to catch a 45-pound Wahoo and plenty of Tuna. The crew was very professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend this fishing trip to both families and anglers!

This was my first time deep sea fishing & the day couldn't have been better!! Captain Troy & James were friendly, hard working & made sure we enjoyed ourselves. It was fun to watch them catch the bait fish. Saw a couple nurse sharks come check out that action. Then we cruised farther out & started catching Black Fin Tuna. Caught our limit in those and 1 Mahi Mahi. What a pretty fish!! We also lost a couple fish to sharks! We had a little more time so we tried to catch some King Mackerel. Lost each one tho, crafty fish! Highly recommend doing the full day trip with this excellent team!!
